My interest in health started with my own body.
For much of my life, I dealt with health challenges that made me question the way I was living. I went through injuries, long periods of medical treatment, digestive issues, low energy, and the quiet fear that if I kept living the same way, my body would only become more tired with time.
At that point, I was working in marketing and spending long hours in front of a computer. Like many people, I knew I should take better care of myself, but I did not yet understand how deeply food, movement, breathing, stress, sleep, and daily rhythm were connected.
That period changed the direction of my life.

What I study, practice, and write about
I began studying traditional wellness practices, including qigong, nutrition, acupressure, acupuncture, meditation, and lifestyle-based approaches to health. I later completed formal training in traditional medicine in Vietnam.
But I did not want to accept ideas blindly, even from traditions I respected. I started comparing what I learned from traditional medicine with modern health research. I read, tested, reflected, adjusted, and paid close attention to how my own body responded.

My approach
Over time, I came to believe that long-term wellness is rarely built from one single method. It is built from daily rhythm: how we eat, how we move, how we breathe, how we rest, how we manage stress, and how honestly we listen to the body.

I prefer to begin with meals, daily routines, and simple habits before thinking about supplements or complicated protocols.
Observe before judging
I use self-tracking and personal experiments to notice patterns, not to turn one person’s experience into a universal rule.

I try to separate personal experience from research, avoid extreme claims, and point readers toward professional care when needed.
